Smita co-founded Rang De in 2008 and serves as the CEO, leading its mission for lasting financial inclusion.

Swati has led Technology at Rang De since 2013, building the platform after roles at Cognizant and Capgemini.
Atul Sharma
Managing Trustee
Atul, a Chartered Accountant with prior finance roles at IKEA and UPS, has served as Rang De's CFO since 2019.
